I don’t write reviews often, but I felt that great service should be recognized. After searching my local Jacksonville market for a new Toyota 4Runner Limited, I became exhausted with the typical deal service should be recognized. After searching my local Jacksonville market for a new Toyota 4Runner Limited, I became exhausted with the typical dealer run around and inflated pricing premiums “due to demand”. In a last ditch effort, I reached out to Fred Anderson Toyota in Charleston, where my brother lives. It was a totally different experience!!! No pressure, just the facts from the beginning through delivery. I first spoke with Devon in the internet department. Very helpful and walked through options and pricing available for both new and preowned that were available or soon to be available. Again, no pressure, just the facts and bottom line price without the games. Once we selected the vehicle, Andre took over. He couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the paperwork and delivery process. Great communication both telephone and text even after hours. Justin handled the finances and registration. He also laid out options for extended warranty, financing and lease options. Although I did not opt for any additional options, there was no pressure and just the facts. Justin was extremely responsive with great communication as well. The day of delivery finally arrived yesterday. We met the team in person for the first time. We arrived at about 5pm. The car and all paperwork were prepped and ready to go. Andre ran through a quick orientation of the vehicle that took about 30 min or so. We were on the road back to Jacksonville by about 5:30. A fast and professional 30 minute turn around. Thanks for all of your help guys. I would highly recommend Andre, Justin and their team. This is how car buying should be. Mark More
