I brought my 2017 Kia in for service because the motor blew at 52,000 miles. The car has has a 10 year 100,000 mile power train warranty. Kia declined the warrant because I did not keep my oil change reco blew at 52,000 miles. The car has has a 10 year 100,000 mile power train warranty. While I am not happy with kia, Jenkins kia was very professional and provided all of the information that gathered on the vehicle after inspecting it. They also provide a phone number for Kia’s customer service department so I could contact them about the warranty issue. More
