It was a great experience when I bought my 2022 Ford Bronco. Love my salesmen, Reid and Devin. Reid did an amazing job for it first sale! One thing that is negative about my experience would be the finance lady. Whatever her name is, don’t remember cause I wasn’t fond of her when I walked into her office. She scammed us into getting the maintenance package. She called me that morning telling me it was “included” in the purchase. My boyfriend and I should’ve known better and looked into it more. The way she made it sound, it seemed like she was giving it to us for free. Later one we found out it added extra money onto our loan. Then just 2 days ago (5/10/22) we found out not only did she add money to the loan, she also used all of my Ford Reward Points!!!! I gotta say she did a great job talking the talk and leading us to believe every word she said wasn’t a scam. She was also rude to Devin and Reid right in front of us. I highly suggest you find yourself a new finance woman cause that would be the only reason I wouldn’t send anyone to your dealership ever. More
