Using my own scan tool I realized a crank relearn was never done, which is a standard part of replacing any power train parts. I’m extremely disappointed that I paid $2200 and a major step was missed by a certified ford service department. They offered me an oil change but I live 1.5 hours away, it would be a 3hr round trip so I asked if they could work with a dealer near me and they were not able to. I asked if I could pay for it and send them the invoice to be reimbursed and they weren’t able to do that either. I asked the service advisor to put me through to a manager and they weren’t available so I left a message. I never heard back so I called back myself and the manager I spoke to again tried to have me talk to the service advisor even though I told him multiple times we’ve already discussed this and I wanted further help. Overall the manager I spoke to was extremely dismissive and not interested in even hearing the situation. This entire situation makes me worried I’ll run into more and bigger issues due to a lack of quality. Steer clear of this service department, and likely the dealer as a whole given their unwillingness to right their wrongs. More
