I had the pleasure of getting my 15 RAV 4 serviced with Devon at Imperal Toyota. First off this place is clean, organized with a huge easy to use drive, has really good service deals “the quad deal” and a Devon at Imperal Toyota. First off this place is clean, organized with a huge easy to use drive, has really good service deals “the quad deal” and a quick turn around! I had the pleasure of having a master technician perform my quad deal and they told me everything my RAV needed as well as everything I should be and should have already had done to increase the life of my car and prevent more expensive repairs in the future. I ended up doing both filters, an hvac service, fuel induction service, as well as my over due rear differential, transfer case, and transmission flushes the tech even reset all my cars learned perimeters for free. I really do notice a difference too! It gets better fuel economy, shifts better, the heat smells much better and I noticed it’s a little colder when I run the a/c as well. The tech made sure to make my tire pressure just a bit high for temperature change and even replaced two of my missing valve caps, lubricated my fuel door and hood latch. Great place! Great employees! Awesome service and I will be back for more quality work soon! More

I purchased my Avalon 2021 last Dec. 2021 & went to IT on Dec 9 for "service" which wa to include tire rotation & other service given. The service was acceptable but have a complaint. W 2021 & went to IT on Dec 9 for "service" which wa to include tire rotation & other service given. The service was acceptable but have a complaint. When they rotated the tires I would think ghey would check the tire pressure but this was not done. WhenI came home & checked pressure found it was low. like 7# low. I had to go toa station to have pressure added. THey also turned off my HUD. and auto head light controls. I realize these are small items but would think if they had to test for what ever reason they would put it back they way they found it. More
