Her communication was clear, her tone reassuring, and her approach thoughtful and thorough. It was evident that she invested real time and effort into understanding my financial situation and advocating on my behalf with the banks to secure the best possible outcome. Beyond her undeniable professionalism, Devon has a calm, welcoming presence that instantly puts you at ease—something that truly elevates the car-buying experience. I felt supported, informed, and valued every step of the way. I’m also incredibly thankful for James Phillips, who was equally outstanding. From the time I walked into the dealership, through the negotiations, and ultimately purchasing the vehicle it never felt like a "zero-sum" game - it was a collaboration. I’ve bought over half a dozen cars from dealerships over the years, and without a doubt, this was my best experience by far. There was no pressure, just a willingness to help, patience while I made decisions, and a very calm experience from beginning to end. There were none of the sales tactics that us consumers all dread, such as the empty threats that the vehicle will be sold to someone else if we don’t buy it right away, unexpected price increases or the multitude of other hard sell techniques. Some optional plans were presented and explained when signing the paperwork by the finance manager Mo, but again, no pressure to purchase anything I didn’t want. I know I got a good deal on my car, and they worked hard to get my business. They gave me additional vehicles to choose from that exactly met my criteria and which they worked to match my budget. I left feeling relaxed and without worrying I had been taken advantage of. That’s happened in the past elsewhere and it leaves you feeling pretty bad. Instead, I left Audi Fort Lauderdale feeling somewhat elated! In fact I left Audi Fort Lauderdale not only feeling somewhat elated, but also with a much better car (brand new and better specced) than the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle I had gone in to view, having paid just about the same. I want to reiterate again the speed with which this sale went through. It was probably a bit longer, but I feel I was in and out of there in an hour, yet never felt rushed. And a considerable amount of that time was due to me trying to decide between the extra vehicle choices that I suddenly had before me. Even the paperwork signing was fast and stress free, with all my questions answered and every line item explained and being as I had expected it. More

I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Devon to purchase a 2025 Audi Q3 for my family. Devon wasn’t the only sales person I spoke to in this process across the country, but certainly will be the la purchase a 2025 Audi Q3 for my family. Devon wasn’t the only sales person I spoke to in this process across the country, but certainly will be the last one for this deal or any future Audi myself, or my family will buy as long as she represents the 4 rings. She’s exceptional. This is my sixth Audi and I have been exclusive to the brand for 30 years, including owning the S4, SQ5, S6, A8, and now the Q3. My purchases of Audi cars have only been at dealerships in Denver, Jacksonville, North Miami, Greenwich and now Fort Lauderdale, and this experience was by far the most expeditious, pleasant, and satisfying transaction I’ve ever had. Start to finish. The experience was better than I could’ve ever imagined. Also of note was this transaction was challenging on different levels, but I was always treated with respect, patience, with no xx at any time. Devon, Dan, and James are truly pros. Like all car buyers, I’ve been through this exercise many times before, and it is not hyperbole to express to anyone reading this that Devon and FLL Audi should be your destination to purchase or test drive an Audi. Although at this time in my life, I had to secure an entry-level vehicle, which is anything but for all other automobiles in the world, as this vehicle is packed with luxury, comfort, technology, safety, is exceptionally agile and drives like it’s on rails. I am excited about the next vehicles I will be buying from Devon (SQ3!?) and the Fort Lauderdale staff. Thank you guys! More
