First time car owner Dexter Benjamin is extremely professional, fast, helpful just phenomenal! I was not sure what I wanted and I was not sure I could even have luxury but Dexter Benjamin is extremely professional, fast, helpful just phenomenal! I was not sure what I wanted and I was not sure I could even have luxury but Dexter was determined I drive away satisfied with a brand new vehicle and the best insurance. I was too anxious to get my new vehicle cleaned the same day so Dexter Benjamin went out of his way to provide excellent and exceptional service in and out for a different day to clean it. I not only recommend Crown Nissan but I highly recommend Dexter Benjamin. I was not prepared or pressured and he knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you so much! More

Excellent Customer Service I worked with Dexter Benjamin in sales to purchase a 2018 Nissan Altima. Dexter was responsive and the buying process was a breeze. There were a few m I worked with Dexter Benjamin in sales to purchase a 2018 Nissan Altima. Dexter was responsive and the buying process was a breeze. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be addressed after I purchased the car, and Dexter was all over it, liaising with the Service Manager on my behalf, picking up and delivering the car from me at my home and place of business so I wouldn't have to make extra trips to the dealership, and staying involved until I was 100% satisfied. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back as a loyal customer, and inspire me to highly recommend this dealership to others. Great job Dexter, and also Shawn Meehan the Service Manager who called me personally to explain what had been corrected on the car. More
