Absolutely Horrible Customer Service I dont recommend this dealer to ANYONE! They are only about making the upfront money. Sales Rep. William Mendez, Finance Manager Bill Steinlauf, Sales I dont recommend this dealer to ANYONE! They are only about making the upfront money. Sales Rep. William Mendez, Finance Manager Bill Steinlauf, Sales Manager Deya Oumallal and General Manager Anthony Guillaume along with a few more staff members are among some of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever encountered. They robbed me $1,500 and refused to give me a proper explanation as to why my $1,500 out of my $5,000 down payment was taken. I've done everything possible to attempt to contact someone within their staff that would be willing to talk to be about what was going on and not one single employee was willing to give me an answer. I was even hung up on by William Mendez and Bill Steinlauf. Its absolutely appalling how rude and how disgusting they treated me. I will NEVER return to this dealer for anything. They are the absolute worse!!!!! They made me feel like I was less than of a person. Hanging up on me and treating me like I wasn't a customer is more than unfair. More

If you are looking for the best customer service team then you don't have to look further than Universal Nissan. The staff is above expectation, very inviting and always eager to help you. On April 18, 2 then you don't have to look further than Universal Nissan. The staff is above expectation, very inviting and always eager to help you. On April 18, 2013, I purchased a Nissan Altima and Sarfaraz Ahmed help me along with his manager Deya. Both were very helpful in providing me with all the information on my vehicle. Hiram Rivera, in the finance department was amazing too, He informed me about all the importance on having extra coverage on my pre-owned Nissan, which I thank him for all the insight. The most outstanding service was on the 27th of April, when my battery died and only couple of days after purchase, I brought my car back to the dealership and Sultan Bash, took his time from his work and with all the patience took me to an auto parts store and replace the battery for me at no cost. I was so relieved that I had my car running again with out no problems. I encourage any one who is in the market to purchase a new or pre-owned car that this is the place where you want to go and buy it from, no question asked. Thank you guys for everything Mily More
