William Mendez, Finance Manager Bill Steinlauf, Sales Manager Deya Oumallal and General Manager Anthony Guillaume along with a few more staff members are among some of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever encountered. They robbed me $1,500 and refused to give me a proper explanation as to why my $1,500 out of my $5,000 down payment was taken. I've done everything possible to attempt to contact someone within their staff that would be willing to talk to be about what was going on and not one single employee was willing to give me an answer. I was even hung up on by William Mendez and Bill Steinlauf. Its absolutely appalling how rude and how disgusting they treated me. I will NEVER return to this dealer for anything. They are the absolute worse!!!!! They made me feel like I was less than of a person. Hanging up on me and treating me like I wasn't a customer is more than unfair. More
