My visit at north Hollywood Toyota was smooth and easy. Stopped by for a service and I was out and on my way with a fresh car wash 90 minutes later. They are a little bit of a drive from my home but the quick and efficient service + the car wash definitely make it worth the couple extra minutes I spend on the road. I can’t count how many times I have had to wait hours for a regular maintenance service at other dealerships. More

Had ordered a key replacement 3 weeks before the service appointment ... the key wasn't there for the appointment . Took 30 mins of waiting for my SUV to be bought out from the back after service was comple appointment ... the key wasn't there for the appointment .
