I buy a dozens of vehicles a year and have purchased over 500 new vehicles in the last 40 years. I’ve seen every game dealers play. This dealership continued to disappoint. North Hollywood Toyota does not ho 500 new vehicles in the last 40 years. I’ve seen every game dealers play. This dealership continued to disappoint. North Hollywood Toyota does not honor their on line price. They makes promises to make up for the price and blatantly lie. Even when it came to giving a full take of gas and shaking on it they refused after handing me the keys. When I asked why the tank was empty everyone ignored me including the general manager. The salesman gave zero attention and could care less that I was even there. Delivering the vehicle was an annoyance to him and basically tossed me the key and walked away. I noticed several other customers angrily dealing with similar issues. Not the place you want to go when buying a gift for someone as i was that day. . More

I will never set foot in that dealership ever again! It’s all about how to screw the customer! The owner of this establishment must be so greedy, and doesn’t treat his employees well. Buying a car is a huge emotional investment, salespeople need more empathy. If you get Sam as a salesperson, ask for someone else. Buy elsewhere!!!! More
