Purchased my first vehicle! I had a lease which I acquired last year for a Hyundai Tucson 2018 Sport. I set up an appointment over the phone with Stephany and then visited Cityw I had a lease which I acquired last year for a Hyundai Tucson 2018 Sport. I set up an appointment over the phone with Stephany and then visited Cityworld Hyundai location to just have information about a lease buy-out. I was impressed by the great level of customer service offered by both Diana Almonte (sales rep) and Tony Kim (finance manager). Diana waited for me outside and found me a parking spot, answered all of my questions in a very nice and professional way, I never felt she was xxxxx on the sale of anything similar; she was just listening and asking questions to identify my needs which she did. At an incredible pace they process my information and I was able to buy the lease in no time. I went there just for info but ended up making the deal. They do such a great work there. Tony was very professional and nice as well. He has excellent managing skills. Other than feeling nervous, bored or tired I felt in a friendly inviroment. Everyone should visit this location. I am happy to share my great experience with friends and relatives so they can visit, too. No matter what your credit score is, here at this location they will find a great deal with wonderful payment plans. I am impressed with what I am paying. I will get a car for my wife here as well!!! Ask for Diana and she will get you a great deal I prefer woman salesman as I find them more astute to your needs and perferences and Diana did not disappoint.
