It seemed almost as if I was being accused of trying to swindle the dealership. A lot negative talk coming from the people who are trying to take MY money. The car was a used subaru wrx 2014 with 70k miles. Sure the car could have been previously beat on, but I was assured everything had gone through a multi point inspection and all checked out well. Clutch burned out 2 days into driving it (didnt expect that but not surprised) I was immediately put on blast (again, in front of my own mother) suggesting I didn’t know how to drive the car properly. If you’re looking for an Infiniti, there are plenty of other dealerships to go to. If you are looking for another model car, don’t even bother coming here. More

Won’t ever buy another car there A little background. I was a longtime customer of this dealership. I leased four consecutive vehicles from them over a twelve year span. At the end A little background. I was a longtime customer of this dealership. I leased four consecutive vehicles from them over a twelve year span. At the end of my fourth lease, I decided to buy the car I was currently leasing from them. When I initiated the lease buyout, I wanted to use my own bank’s financing. The finance employee at Infinity of Nashua, Mike Turin, told me I could not buy the vehicle unless I used his dealership financing (Infinity Finance). He lied boldly and repeadly to my face about this, and insisted that they would accept no other form of payment, not even cash. Btw, they were charging twice the interest rate of all other loan options I had available. I called the NH Attorney General’s Office, Dept, of Consumer Affairs, and the NHADA (New Hampshire Automobile Dealers Association), about this, and found that the Infinity dealership’s finance employee was being dishonest. When I escalated the matter, the dealership’s VP intervened. She brought in another member of their finance deptartment to complete the sale as it should have been conducted in the first place, using my own choice of financing. Final note, the sales staff has always been good. The service department has always been good. The VP who intervened was good, and saved the dealership from further escalation of the matter. However, because of the above, this dealership has lost my trust, and subsequently my future business. More
