The BEST new car buying experience EVER! Let's face it, nothing is as uncertain as the new car buying experience, but because we had already done our research and because we are LOYAL Toyota Let's face it, nothing is as uncertain as the new car buying experience, but because we had already done our research and because we are LOYAL Toyota fans we walked away with a BIG smile on our faces (and a new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid)! Diana Gumeniuc was a FABULOUS sales consultant and gave us hours of her time to explain the features of the Rav 4 Hybrid. Once we made our choice and confirmed our purchase she gave us the very best new car tutorial we have ever had. We drove away with confidence. and even for the features we are still unsure of Diana pointed out where we will find answers in the quick reference manual and reminded us we can always stop in for additional answers. As "mature" drivers many of the features are new to us, but Diana was never one bit condescending when we asked for clarification. She is so, so knowledgeable about the many features and smallest details of the Rav 4! We have enjoyed our Luther Toyota experience from the moment we first stopped by in March 2019 when we met with Amen, to our June 30th welcome/greeting from Abdi, to our looooong chats with Diana on the same day, to our financial discussions with Amanda. Diana Gumeniuc was wonderfully understanding with my My initial visit to the dealership was to learn more about one of the 3 SUV’s I was considering. Diana Gumeniuc was wonderfully understanding with my long list of questions and concerns about suv’s in general, the rav4 in particular, 2019 safety features and the transition from a sedan to a suv. Under her direction I had a comprehensive session learning about and testing the vehicle’s features both as we worked our way through them in the parking lot and on the test drive. Also the proposed pricing, without being asked for, was in line with what my research had suggested. This entire exploratory experience far outshone my experience at the 2 competing manufacturer’s dealerships. That’s the dealership—now the Rav4 itself fit my driving style the best of the SUV’s under consideration. So I have transitioned easily from my older Camry with no electronics to the Rav4 and all its electronics and safety features. After “getting the keys”, Diana devoted an extensive amount of time to helping me become familiar with various settings options and then getting them set just for me. I really appreciated that. More

Diana carefully explained every step of the purchase process to us and made certain we understood how to operate the technology in our new vehicle. Diana is a great representative of the new-car buying experience we've come to expect at Luther. Our first Toyota was a 1999 Camry followed by 3 Highlanders. We come back to Luther because equally important as Toyota's reputation for quality is having confidence that we are going to be treated fairly and respectfully when we come into the dealership for purchases and ongoing maintenance.
