Diana carefully explained every step of the purchase process to us and made certain we understood how to operate the technology in our new vehicle. Diana is a great representative of the new-car buying experience we've come to expect at Luther. Our first Toyota was a 1999 Camry followed by 3 Highlanders. We come back to Luther because equally important as Toyota's reputation for quality is having confidence that we are going to be treated fairly and respectfully when we come into the dealership for purchases and ongoing maintenance. Great experience, even for this cynical skeptic! Let me start with...I really dislike buying cars. Really.dislike.buying.cars. Yes, it’s a business, and yes, the dealers need to make their money, but Let me start with...I really dislike buying cars. Really.dislike.buying.cars. Yes, it’s a business, and yes, the dealers need to make their money, but I’ve always felt like dealers are out to take more than their fair share. As a result, I am on guard from minute one and begin negotiating as soon as I step foot in the dealership. You still need to do your homework, and you still need to be prepared to negotiate - I got more for my trade-in after I went back with another dealer’s trade-in offer and I received a nice discount on all weather mats - but Diana and the whole dealership were very friendly throughout the entire process and super easy to work with. There was no need for any heavy handed negotiating techniques - they listened to my concerns and suggestions and I felt like they worked in good faith to address them. We got a great deal on both the trade-in and the purchase price and the sales experience was painless and, maybe, even a little enjoyable. Diana will be the first sales person I’ll return to for a second car - she was genuine, sincere, knowledgeable and very engaged throughout the entire sales cycle. More

They really do take the time to sit down and work with you to find a vehicle and payment options that make sense. You never feel pressured and you never feel like "just another dollar sign". Prior to purchasing my current vehicle that I have through Luther Brookdale Toyota, I shopped around to 4 other dealerships and they were all awful experiences. When I came to Luther Brookdale (which is where I had purchased my prior car), I kicked myself for not just coming there first. I won't make that mistake again. Diana Gumeniuc was new to the sales team at the time but you never would have known as she was so friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend her. Plus, they have an awesome servicing program for people that lease their vehicles. You don't pay a dime and they check your fluids, rotate your tires, check the air filters, and give you a free carwash at the end of it (which is a huge win after this long winter). More
