It all depends on who your salesperson is I went very well prepared to purchase a used corolla, armed with research and comparable options from other local dealerships. I was pre-approved for I went very well prepared to purchase a used corolla, armed with research and comparable options from other local dealerships. I was pre-approved for a generous amount through my credit union which my original salesperson Jeff said, "didn't matter" (not true). He also said that the website was only updated every 2 weeks or so (not true) and that the price on the website was non-negotiable (also not true) as if I just fell off the turnip truck. I responded by getting up to leave. I was met at the exit by Diana, a delightful woman who had introduced herself earlier. She asked if we were able to make a deal and I responded, "not even a little bit". I explained that I was ready to write a check today and I was interested in the car, but I had more cars and more dealerships on my list. She came back with a deal and a new salesperson, James Williams, who was a joy to work with. He spent time personalizing the features in the vehicle for me and making sure I left happy. Huge praise for Diana, James and even David in finance for processing my payment so seamlessly. It was a shame that Jeff left such a bad taste. I hope he gets better with experience. More

I love Luther Brookdale Toyota!! Service was excellent, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I bought two vehicles from them and take them to get serviced as well. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and upon checkout the cashier reminded me I get free tire rotation. I love the fact nobody takes advantage of customers in anyway, I find them truly putting the customer first! More
