This matter is going from bad to worse. At this point, i want no communication, or interaction, with Mr. Calderon whatsoever. He was very hostile in our last communication and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
I just called you and your colleague told me that you are not in today. I left a message with my cell number (917-579-8126). Please call me.
I'd like to resolve this matter, and it is my intention to remain a Star Nissan customer with the resolution. I do not deserve to be treated in such a manner. In fact, no customer should be treated with hostility and uncivility.
