Dani Paiz was the service tech who has taken care of me for my last two visits. She is awesome in all aspects, knowledgable, communicative, responsible, respectful, pleaseant and polite. I really liked the texting feature she has available. I also liked the connection to the online app to see the multi-point inspection findings of other recommended services. It even shows you a video of the issues. You can approve or deny the other services directly through the app. Then you get a prompt text of when your vehicle is ready to go. I will definetily continue to schedule my future vehicle services with Dani Paiz. Thank you.
