Frankie is the greatest!! Working with Frankie was an incredible experience!! We will always come back to Acura of Weschester and see Frankie because of so many reasons but the most important is that we are treated like family and I feel that I can trust Frankie and that means more to me than anything!! And to think I only came in for an oil change!!! Thank God I ran into Frankie's brother George downstairs and he suggested I go see Frankie while I wait. I am so happy I did!! I Thank God for him because if he did not contact me and remain consistent with securing me that he could help I would have never been this happy riding off the lot with my brand new Acura ILX... I had a tough situation with my old car and other dealerships would not help.. So I was discouraged but Jon was peristant that his dealership could help me and they went above and beyond to do just that! I also have to send a very special thanks to the GM Kenny he greeted me with a warm positive energy as soon as I walked in and he and his financial team did their best to get me a good deal in my budget!!! But Jon I can't say enough about him he was amazing, personable and he made sure I was comfortable in my decision ! He made sure I was good at every step and most importantly he was honest ! I explained to him what I was looking for at what prince range I was looking for an he seriously hooked me up with the 2016 ILX Premium package at an EXTREMELY AMAZING price!! This was my 1st time dealing with this dealership and honestly they are my FOREVER go to Acura dealership!! I cannot explain enough how HAPPY I am!! The level of customer service in this place is AWESOME!! Matt is seriously the GREATEST cars salesman you'll EVER come across. Very up front and HONEST!!!! Honesty is the BIGGEST thing when buying or leasing a car and I definitely got it at Acura of Westchester. After wrapping the deal up with Matt I spoke to Diane in Finance and she was super pleasant. Above and beyond service I had came to Acura of Westchester with the intention of looking at an Acura TL SH-AWD and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jose and Matt. They I had came to Acura of Westchester with the intention of looking at an Acura TL SH-AWD and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jose and Matt. They were really courteous and professional and answered all my questions. Jose and Matt made my purchase really easy and they were willing to go out of their way to add most of my requests when my car was ready to be picked up. They would take the time to show me the features of my car and Jose, Matt and Diane made sure that I was in and out with my paperwork so I could start to enjoy driving my car. The service department did a wonderful job as well and made sure I was taken care of with the 182 point inspection. I would recommend someone to purchase their car here and to see Jose and Matt. They make you feel at home and once you buy a vehicle from them, you would consider them as family from their exceptional and outstanding service Jose and Matt provided.
