Above and beyond service I had came to Acura of Westchester with the intention of looking at an Acura TL SH-AWD and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jose and Matt. They were really courteous and professional and answered all my questions. Jose and Matt made my purchase really easy and they were willing to go out of their way to add most of my requests when my car was ready to be picked up. They would take the time to show me the features of my car and Jose, Matt and Diane made sure that I was in and out with my paperwork so I could start to enjoy driving my car. The service department did a wonderful job as well and made sure I was taken care of with the 182 point inspection. I would recommend someone to purchase their car here and to see Jose and Matt. They make you feel at home and once you buy a vehicle from them, you would consider them as family from their exceptional and outstanding service Jose and Matt provided. Alicia LeTizia, my sales representative, was pleasant and well informed about the 2014 Acura TSX I financed. She listened and was very easy to talk to. I’ve talked to many sales reps in my lifetime and she didn’t make me feel like shark bait. There wasn’t a lot of “sauce”, meaning she didn’t try to talk me to death or butter me up with crap, which I hate. I left the car dealership with the car of my choice two days later feeling like I wouldn’t have wanted to do this deal with anyone else but her! I am very pleased and will spread the good word to friends and family. More
