Alicia LeTizia, my sales representative, was pleasant and well informed about the 2014 Acura TSX I financed. She listened and was very easy to talk to. I’ve talked to many sales reps in my lifetime and she didn’t make me feel like shark bait. There wasn’t a lot of “sauce”, meaning she didn’t try to talk me to death or butter me up with crap, which I hate. I left the car dealership with the car of my choice two days later feeling like I wouldn’t have wanted to do this deal with anyone else but her!
