Finding A Unicorn My wife was in the market for a new vehicle and after the sales person a dealership close to our home didn't bother to call me back I told my wife to My wife was in the market for a new vehicle and after the sales person a dealership close to our home didn't bother to call me back I told my wife to search thru the Jeep inventory for dealerships near in the Metro Detroit area for the Renegade she wanted. Luckily the one she wanted was at Suburban. Since I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and had a Chrysler F&F discount I wanted a to work with a professional sales person. I selected Dian Marshall based on her Dealerrater reviews and she was excellent. She returned my calls promptly and quickly organized everything needed to close the deal. We closed on the last day of the month so it took a while to get to in front of Finance and Diane was very friendly and made the wait pleasant. We then went thru all of the paperwork with Teddy Salazar who was another professional and actually made the process of signing all the paperwork pleasant. I was so pleased with the service in sales I scheduled to have service done on my 2008 Dodge Magnum. I'm upgrading the suspension and ordered the hard to find parts thru their parts department. They not only pushed Mopar to deliver the parts 6 weeks earlier than scheduled but when they discovered that Mopar had mislabeled the parts kit, they put my car back together, refunded my money and charged me nothing for the labor. Needless to say, I was very surprised. Suburban is a unicorn, an extremely well run and professional car dealership. Not only are Diane and Teddy nice people and skilled professionals but dealership management obviously places a high priority on customer satisfaction because it shows in the behavior of everyone there. I recently acquired the correct parts for my Magnum and I'm going to have Suburban install them. That's something I never thought I'd ever do, but I they've convinced me they value my business and take pride in their service. More
