communication with the service department is absolutely terrible. when we finally were able to get our vehicle in for service, it was not fixed properly. upon calling back with a separate emergency, the as terrible. when we finally were able to get our vehicle in for service, it was not fixed properly. upon calling back with a separate emergency, the assistant who answered the phone lies saying theres no one who can help. eventually we get the manager rob on the line who then hangs up on us. no service was performed. no one reached out after. we will be taking our business and vehicles elsewhere. The entire dealership and service department. They will harass you nonstop to buy a car from them and sell you on their service department but try and get your car service? Good luck. My Grand Ch They will harass you nonstop to buy a car from them and sell you on their service department but try and get your car service? Good luck. My Grand Cherokee purchases from this location is year old and is not holding windshield washer fluid which is covered under warranty. I can not see out of the front windshield or back windshield because of the all the salt and sand on the roadways, they won’t even LOOK at your car to diagnose it for 24-48 hours after your DROP it off and do not have loaner vehicles available for 60 days. So I guess I’ll just hang out of the side of my of car with the window open a Windex bottle on the Wantagh State Parkway. Their customers safety is obviously their top concern. This place get fcked. Stay away. More
