Diana in service was wonderful. But i was very disappointed when i went to pick up my car. The girl at the desk told me there’s a 4?percent service charge for non cash payment. This is a new polic disappointed when i went to pick up my car. The girl at the desk told me there’s a 4?percent service charge for non cash payment. This is a new policy and i was not made aware of it before i came in to pick up. And since I normally don’t walk around with loads of cash I had to pay the surcharge. Im very disappointed as a long time customer. This was not right. More
