My Grand Cherokee purchases from this location is year old and is not holding windshield washer fluid which is covered under warranty. I can not see out of the front windshield or back windshield because of the all the salt and sand on the roadways, they won’t even LOOK at your car to diagnose it for 24-48 hours after your DROP it off and do not have loaner vehicles available for 60 days. So I guess I’ll just hang out of the side of my of car with the window open a Windex bottle on the Wantagh State Parkway. Their customers safety is obviously their top concern. This place get fcked. Stay away. More

Was told we had to finance through dealer in order to get advertised price at over 9% rate even though we have excellent credit,also we were sent home with new jeep with hardly any gas and dried up stickers advertised price at over 9% rate even though we have excellent credit,also we were sent home with new jeep with hardly any gas and dried up stickers stuck to inside of doors.We have just refinanced at 4.7%.
