I went to my favorite dealership to see Dianne at Lahti's Jeep in Leominster and within 1/2 hour I was filling out paperwork for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I was hesitant on sealing the deal wondering if I should shop a bit more. Well it took me four hours later and a lot of hassle to know that Dianne was doing the best she could for me.
