I spoke with my local dealer and negotiated a price and trade-in that I was satisfied with. They didn't have the color or model I wanted and showed little interest accommodating my request. I found the vehicle I wanted at Lahti's and decided to work with them directly. Lahti's honored the price and trade-in from my local dealer, pending an inspection of my vehicle. I drove over 500 miles round trip to complete the transaction and came away completely satisfied. I was skeptical about traveling this far and being disappointed with the outcome. My sales rep, Diane, kept her word, as did I, and I drove away in the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend Diane at Lahti's and I expect to purchase my next Jeep from her. She is truly an honest and deeply spiritual person you can trust. More

I can see why they were highly recommended. I did my homework before even stepping into Lahti's to look at a Jeep Wrangler. I knew ballpark of what I should be paying, as well as a range value of what my trade was worth. Without revealing my numbers, they hit the trade right in the middle and was a little lower on what I thought I should pay for the Wrangler. After securing a great finance rate, and going over the minimal fee's they charge, I was wrapping up the sale by the end of my visit. Throughout the entire process I dealt with Dianne Lozeau. First by email, answering all of my questions, then on the day of my purchase, and lastly on the following day when I came to pick it up where she took the time to show me each and every button/feature of my new ride. It is true like others say in their reviews, it is really a pleasant experience and I too highly recommend Lahti's Jeep. More

We had been searching for one with certain options already added in, but also slightly used. We happened to drive by Lahti's and there it was! It was a Sunday, so they were closed because they still believe in Sundays being family days :) I went home, emailed to inquire, and by early Monday morning received an email reply from Dianne Lozeau, who was so friendly, helpful and down to earth. We went for a test drive and were welcomed as if we were a part of the family by all the employees that day making the experience stress free. The employees are so nice, no one is pushy....just friendly! Dianne was more than happy to take us out to the car and show us all the details, even removing the roof panels to open the sunroof! They all pitch in and help each other out, it's nice to see that. Yesterday, I called with a question and got Jay, he was more than willing to listen to my concern and once that was done, we talked for 20 minutes about our families and life. No one makes time for the small stuff like that anymore, I find it very sweet that they show interest in getting to know their customers. You will not be disappointed if you visit Lahtis, and you won't be made to feel guilty if you don't buy anything. Go for a great buying experience and some friendly faces! Oh...I also found out that one of the ladies in the office is my neighbor, so we had a lot to talk about too! More

Best car buying experience ever.....hands down!!! I needed a new car right away due to my old car's engine suddenly burning up. I worked primarily with Dianne, but Jay Fournier was also involved in making my buying experience fantastic. The folks at Lahti's care that they meet your needs as a buyer, but more importantly they believe in building a relationship with you that will continue long after you have left their lot. I had some certain terms I needed met in order for my deal to work, and they met every one of them. They made me feel important. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. They explained everything to me as each step of the process took place. It was the best car buying experience I have had, and this was my 9th car purchase in life!! I have honestly been back to see Dianne and Jay a few times since, and will continue to stop in if I am in the neighborhood....Just to say hi!! These are great people. Lahti's is a dealership with the integrity we are all hoping to find when looking for a new car. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.....and I do....all the time! More
