I have had the pleasure to be a part of the family at Lahti's Jeep for 25 years now. I certainly never dreamed as a little girl that I would be selling cars when I grew up, but the Lord led me here and I have been blessed ever since. Our team is more than that to me.. they are my extended family and have been here for me not only as co-workers but as my brothers. One of the biggest joys of working here is watching the excitement in a customer's face when they pick up their new vehicle. Meeting new folks every day and getting to know them as friends lends to the family atmosphere and small town business feel. Prior to coming to Lahti's I was managing a retail chain for 13 years in Leominster, Worcester, and Sturbridge. I live in Leominster with my husband Gary, my daughter Cassie, and my grandson John. Omar was great! Super nice and helpful and went above and beyond! He even tried to pass the jeep he sold me off to the previous saleswoman that sold me my last jeep Super nice and helpful and went above and beyond! He even tried to pass the jeep he sold me off to the previous saleswoman that sold me my last jeep because he didn’t want to “steal her client”, but did all the work prior to that. I stuck it through with him because I thought it was only fair he got the sale at that point, (although the other saleswoman is great too) and I’m so glad I did. Super nice guy and knowledgeable and helpful for only being there a short time. I would recommend Lahti’s jeep and Omar to anyone looking for a new jeep! More

Lahti’s is amazing! I bought my first Jeep through them 7 years ago and always had them service it. I just traded it in and got a new one. Jacqui in service had a lot to do with that decision. She has always gone above and beyond to help me. The manager Ron has always done the same. I can now add sales person Dianne and finance’s Bob to that list. Diane was a joy to work with, I never felt pressured, she was fun, kind and patient! Bob help me get a great loan with payments lower than I expected. I love Lahti’s! More
