The reason for our visit was service on our Toyota Prius. While waiting, my husband started talking with Michelle Nelson and let her know that 'this summer' we would be looking for a small truck or SUV. She had the perfect vehicle on the lot and took us right to it so our purchase timeline moved up a few months and we are so grateful to Michelle for knowing the stock they had on the lot. This was our first experience in their beautiful new building and everything was great from the friendly staff to the comfortable surroundings (even a fireplace!). Pleasantly Surprised I've always gone into dealerships expecting to encounter the vulture culture, so had my guard up. I saw a car on the website that interested me, bu I've always gone into dealerships expecting to encounter the vulture culture, so had my guard up. I saw a car on the website that interested me, but once I called Isaiah informs me it was sold, but they had an almost identical one. I went to the dealer and was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and friendly and HONEST Isaiah was. And everyone worked hard to get me the best financing options. I left with my dream car that day and cried on the way home. I was reminded that there truly are good people left in the world. More
