Easy Going Professionalism My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for a little over 3 months taking test drives and talking with salespeople. Where we live, we thought all My wife and I had been looking for a vehicle for a little over 3 months taking test drives and talking with salespeople. Where we live, we thought all dealers (sales team) had all the same hours; not so with John Paul's. We arrived 30-40 minutes before they closed but the salesman, Dick Kaul, stayed to answer our questions longer than I suspect he normally does. As such, we felt good giving our business to someone who literally took time out of his day to help us. We would be remiss if we did not send additional kudos to finance director Dave Corneliuson. Dave was engaging and kept the mood light when it came to signing all the documents. All in all, a great experience from top to bottom. More
