Excellent Service! I’ve had my C300 for 3 years now and have had several visits to the service department, both for routine scheduled maintenance and also when there was I’ve had my C300 for 3 years now and have had several visits to the service department, both for routine scheduled maintenance and also when there was a problem with the car. Dillon Hastie has been my service advisor each time. He is always kind, courteous, caring, and professional in dealing with me. If he doesn’t know the answer for any of my questions, he researches and gets back to me as soon as possible. He anticipates and offers a loaner car if the service will be lengthy, otherwise, there is a shuttle service that can take me home if that’s what I desire. He keeps me updated with progress on the car. I trust Dillon’s advice, and so far, he hasn’t let me down. Additionally, the car is always returned to me clean, which is something I appreciate. More

My daughter has a Mercedes and lives 5 hours away passing 2 other mercedes dealerships because she trust and likes Dillon so much. Fair is fair-kind is kind and Dillon is truly an asset to the Gainesville Mercedes Dealership. If Dillon goes, then we will have to search another make of car...because NO ONE compares to Dillon.
