I chose a 2017 Honda HR-V fully loaded and I'm very happy with my purchase. Dino was great with the sales process and so very helpful covering all the details of my new HR-V. My wife bought a new 2017 Honda from Dino a few days prior to my purchase so I was very happy to go back to him for mine. Thanks so much Dino. More

Listened and Simple I knew what I wanted and I knew how I wanted to get it. Called in and Dino Krallis responded to me. Showed me the car I had inquired about. Answered I knew what I wanted and I knew how I wanted to get it. Called in and Dino Krallis responded to me. Showed me the car I had inquired about. Answered all my questions about the vehicle. We sat down, I gave him my terms and Dino stepped out and returned with three choices. One of the choices was within my requested terms. He listened and made it simple!! That id how it should be done.. Sat with Walter Mundt and he did his part with patients, clarity and simple.. I asked him questions that repeated what he had just explained to me. Again, talked to me with patients, clarity, and simplicity. Now, that was to my excellent satisfaction. If what they displayed to me is the same effort they display to all of their patrons, then give'em a raise. Gracias!! :) More

After moving 2500 miles from 'home' meeting Dino was like I was back at my former dealership, Rensselaer Honda, midst great friends. We are treated like the best of family. Very delightful experience. No stress and GOT A GREAT DEAL. On Saturday we drove in to look at possible trading in a 2014 Kia Sportage , we were upside down and we had trepidation about even going car shopping.
