Second crv purchase this year I purchase a second CR-V for myself after I liked the CR-V we bought for my wife. On my reasent visit there was a loud noise from the left front. Brou I purchase a second CR-V for myself after I liked the CR-V we bought for my wife. On my reasent visit there was a loud noise from the left front. Brought it in our salesman Dino Krallis said no problem. Got a call from the service dept that the found the problem and got it fixed. Outstanding service after the sales. More

Dino facilitated our purchase by being informative, knowledgeable and patient. What impressed us most was that he listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us a vehicle with features we didn't want or need. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I’ve purchased several vehicles in my life time and I’ve never felt compelled to talk about it. At least not until now. I was in the market for a ne I’ve purchased several vehicles in my life time and I’ve never felt compelled to talk about it. At least not until now. I was in the market for a newer vehicle. My 2013 civic was great but I needed something with a little more room. I went to Arrowhead Honda because I’d received a voucher in the mail that said I was “guaranteed” at least three prizes. Well as I expected the prizes were not all that impressive. What did impress me was working with Dino Krallis. All through the process he kept me in the loop about what was going on and made sure I understood everything. He was very upbeat and answered all my questions. The bottom line is that thanks to Dino I left the dealership with a brand new Accord that had everything I’d asked for and a really impressive APR. Thanks Dino - Semper FI More

Fantastic Experience Dino was fantastic. Sociable, easy going, held to number given in email and even came off of that. We got a Honda Civic with just 5 miles on it fr Dino was fantastic. The car was detailed and paper work completed and we drove it off the lot in a little under 3 hours. More
