Poor experience My car battery of my Volkswagen Passat was dead after 2 years during my lease which is unheard of. I was set on replacing my battery from firestone bu My car battery of my Volkswagen Passat was dead after 2 years during my lease which is unheard of. I was set on replacing my battery from firestone but my sales guy Dino told me to go to their service department and they will "hook me up". After 2 hours at Firestone I left and went to volkswagen service to wait another 2 hours for the examination even though I told them the issue. After 2 hours they tell me they are quoting me the same exact price for the battery that firestone quoted me a few hours before and they considered that a "deal". After arguing with both the service and sales department I told them to give me my keys back and I was going to waste more of my time to go back to firestone because I didn't want to give them any business. Both my brother and myself have leased cars from this location. I told them not to contact me me again as my lease was going to end in less than a year. They have continuously tried to contact me to lease another car even after I wrote to management multiple times about my experience and to remove me from their distribution list. Never have I gotten a response or apology about my experience however they do try their best to push products. More

I expressed concerns on the mileage allocated each year and management worked with me to get 15,000 miles per year on my lease agreement. Good! First, the only reason the dealership doesn't receive a full five stars is because of the length of time taken to complete processes. If the range of time is in front of the consumer's eyes and matches with the alotted time spent at the location then consumers can be more understanding. Otherwise, the salesman, Dino, obviously knows processes at a dealership take time and tries accomodating as best he can. He provides great customer service and is a good salesperson. More
