Dino was a a pleasure to work with during my visit to Toyota of Tampa. He was informative, , encouraged my feedback and was detailed in describing the process of buying the Highlander on my first visit Toyota of Tampa. He is an excellent communicator. He first made sure he understood my needs, relating to a vehicle and financially. He was concise on informing me what options On our test drive he clearly and patiently explained details of the Highlander I was driving. I have and he followed up with tangible clear explanation. Went in for an Oil Change, Came out with a New Car I went in to get my 2013 Toyota Corolla serviced. I knows it need some work but I wasn’t aware it needed additional repairs. Best car buying experience!! We’re from TN on vacation, and we went to just check out a Camry to see if we might be interested.
