Some of the worst things I have experienced at this dealership and no additional help. Our sales person Audrey Love. Absolutely horrible. Constantly gave us misinformation regarding the vehicle we dealership and no additional help. Our sales person Audrey Love. Absolutely horrible. Constantly gave us misinformation regarding the vehicle we were looking at. Didn’t know anything about the vehicle being test driven. Warning lights came on in the vehicle so we asked about it. After a few seconds of fumbling around all she could say was we can have the service department look at it. The vehicle had the gas light on when going for a test drive. Audrey then states that they will have to get gas in the morning! Audrey then stated that if you purchase the vehicle from us you get free oil changes for the entire time you own the vehicle. However we knew this was not true. Also stated that we will be getting plates in the mail since they take care of all of that. Well as of 3-29-2023 still nothing. But the ticket I got being pulled over since the temp plates were expired. Never got info never got anything. In trying to call and ask questions, I am just handed from person to person transferred to 4 different people. All of which are willing to switch me to another. Frustrating. Now I have called Monday-Friday and spoke to many. Pete Brian Brian Paul Audrey Steve Thad And the list goes on. So despite all of our efforts we go nowhere. So purchased a vehicle. Was told to come back the next day to pick it up because a warning light came on. Asked about the trim that was coming off and no antenna. Where the inspection? Apparently no one did one. It’s been since February 3, 2023. And today is now March 29, 2023. This is a joke of a place. Just as bad as neighboring Bosak. Do not recommend l, waste of your time and effort. All they want is your sales and they don’t care about anything after. Also funny. Not very many negative feedback. Must be nice to weed through everyone’s comments. More

I purchased a used certified car over the weekend. The dealership all worked together to get me the best deal. Emailed and text messaged over terms of a car that wasn't in quite yet. Agreed on MSRP with in-house financing. Gave a 500 dollar deposit. Was then called when vehicle arrived. When I got there to talk terms in quite yet. Agreed on MSRP with in-house financing. Gave a 500 dollar deposit. Was then called when vehicle arrived. When I got there to talk terms they increased the price. By a .market adjustment of 3k, added an unasked for paint and fabric protection fan they didn't disclose beforehand. I also noticed they upsold the MSRP on top of it all. They said I had the wrong car then. I saved the ViN previously. Duplicitous and underhanded More

Worst dealership I have ever been to. Put down a deposit on a Telluride, 11 weeks later I was told to come in for the "Boss/Owner's" Telluride that was available. Next day 9 am on 3 hours sleep, I drive 30 on a Telluride, 11 weeks later I was told to come in for the "Boss/Owner's" Telluride that was available. Next day 9 am on 3 hours sleep, I drive 30 minutes, arrive and salesman keeps trying to get me to look at a white Telluride (deposit was for Black on Black Nightfall Edition). I tell him no, I was called for the owner's Telluride. He tells me it's not available, he decided he wants to keep it, but we have a white one. Needless to say I got my deposit check and said a few curse words and will never be back. Boss/Owner definitely puts his wants above the customers needs. I also have a Stinger and will have it serviced elsewhere. Want to talk about customer oriented-NOT! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! More
