Troy was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. He provided continuous updates about the vehicle delivery date. He educated us about all the vehicle features during the test drive and final vehicle inspection. And he took only ten minutes to link our Lexus app to our vehicle, set up Apple Car Play, Lexus Drive Connect and Sirius FM Radio. Everything has worked fine since we took possession of the vehicle.
