My car salesman Anthony Esquivel restored my faith in the whole car purchasing process. Anthony has exceeded my expectations on every level. He is one of the most professional, kindest, knowledgeable, helpfu whole car purchasing process. Anthony has exceeded my expectations on every level. He is one of the most professional, kindest, knowledgeable, helpful individuals I have ever worked with at a car dealership. Anthony was extremely patient with me (considering my previous experience at another dealership the day before). I knew exactly what I wanted and he didn’t hesitate to direct me to that exact vehicle for a test drive. During the test drive I was impressed how Anthony didn’t pressure me in to buying this particular vehicle. I immediately let my guard down, relaxed and started to trust the process. He thoroughly went over every aspect of the vehicle. I like how every manager came in and introduced themselves and explained / communicated each and every step to me. There were no gimmicks or bullying to make any unwanted purchases, strictly transparency and integrity. I received the whole white glove experience. Anthony informed me that Lexus provides a home delivery concierge service. Considering I drove my son’s car to Lexus of Wilmington, Anthony offered to drive my new vehicle home to New Jersey oppose to coming back to pick up my son’s vehicle. I’ve never experienced service like this at a car dealership let alone a futuristic electronic checkout with the Finance Manager Andrew Saksa and Djibril Semega. My contract was signed digitally on his huge desk. No more signed documents / contracts folded and put inside of an envelope to take home. All of my paperwork was save on a USB DRIVE for me to take home. I thought my experience at Lexus of Wilmington was superb when I purchased my LS 400 back in 1996…they’ve officially gained a lifetime customer. I will be sure to refer everyone to Anthony Esquivel. My experience at Lexus of Wilmington was TOP TIER not with just Anthony but EVERYONE from the time I arrived to Lexus to the time I arrived Home!!
