When we decided to lease our very first BMW, we worked with Dmitry Kukuy, and he made the entire process from start to finish simple and effortless. On delivery day, I had such a great time going over all with Dmitry Kukuy, and he made the entire process from start to finish simple and effortless. On delivery day, I had such a great time going over all the car features with Dmitry before driving off in my new 2021 430i coupe. We laughed so much I think the process probably took an hour longer than necessary, haha! I am looking forward to working with a dealership that really does value their customers and holds us in very high regard. More

Dealership has plenty of inventory, and the trade-in value for my old BMW was more than reasonable. Not being from the area, the test drive incorporated both local and highway driving so I could really value for my old BMW was more than reasonable. Not being from the area, the test drive incorporated both local and highway driving so I could really see what the car could do. However, after the sale, it's been next to impossible to get anyone to return calls for add-on services the dealership was pushing at the time of purchase. I'm likely to take the car to my local BMW dealership for service as a result. More
