Had the best experience working with Dimitri . I was looking for a used TLX and came across the exact match online . Dimitri was the salesman I was transferred to when I called . The sales part is okay; the back, the repairs and maintenance, is horrible. You gho in for warranty repair and get your oil changed. 2 1/2 hours later they tell you the oil is done but they don't h maintenance, is horrible. You gho in for warranty repair and get your oil changed. 2 1/2 hours later they tell you the oil is done but they don't have the parts. Wait, don't hear from them so you go in again; they talk you into an oil change but the parts are not in. You check the oil and notice it is still low and filthy not new oil. And the $5. charge for windshield washer fluid which was full to over flowing when you brought it in. So you try one more time and they tell you you are out of warranty. Wrote to management; never heard back. More

I just want to take a moment and be thoughtful about this review. This is my second experience with this dealership - and I have to say that this is perhaps one of the best experiences that I have ever had p review. This is my second experience with this dealership - and I have to say that this is perhaps one of the best experiences that I have ever had purchasing a car. The service that I received the hospitality made me feel at home. Literally when I called them they pick up the phone and say hi Dante (thank you, Michelle). From Frank to Dimitri, The overall experience was superb. Both of them works really well to get my friend and I out of our cars into new 2020 RDX. Frank is an awesome guy and he doesn’t back down to a hard challenge. I am grateful to him and his team for putting this together for my friend and I. If you are in the market looking for a car more specifically looking for an Acura go to Acura of Westchester ask for Frank or Dimitri and tell him that Dantè sent you.
