I previously had leased Acuras before, but after having my kids I needed to switch to a minivan to meet our families’ needs. Now that my kids are older we were ready to downsize and go back to Acura. Brianna was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions with patience and honesty, and I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. What really stood out was her transparency throughout the process—pricing, financing options, and vehicle details were all clearly explained. I was confident in my choice before moving forward.
