Upfront from beginning to end .... Mike contacted me back promptly with a detailed closing cost including taxe/ liscense / fees etc ...... I set up a time for test drive , Mike was ready when I arrived , answered every question I had After the drive I wanted to think it over ...... Mike put the car on hold for the weekend to give me time .... I called back Monday took the car ...... went to sign docs Mike introduced me to Dimitri who walked me thru the signing of papers ...... handed me the keys and off I went. No pressure , professionally answered all my questions , friendly as could be . Mike and Dimitri made this the easiest car buying experience I have ever had ......... needless to say I had shopped around and couldn’t beat the price either . More
