I vividly recall the early days, from the first Internet kiosk we introduced to negotiating on carbon purchase contracts. Embracing a predominantly digital approach has revolutionized our operations, enhancing customer delivery and elevating the overall experience. Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—Sales, Aftermarket Manager, Sales Closer, General Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Finance Director, among others.
