Buying a car made easy! I was considering trading in my BMW 535 and was interested in the Lincoln MKZ. I drove 45 minutes to Shaker Ford Lincoln to see a specific certified pre-owned MKZ. The dealership was very busy but within minutes I was introduced to Dom Lacapra and was test driving the car. I fell in love with the car! The luxury, handling, power and overall feel was exceptional. Dom had my BMW appraised and the dealership made me a fair offer. Next thing I know I'm sitting with Manny Pinho reviewing the finances while the dealership is prepping the car and an hour later I'm driving home in my new car. Normally things do not happen so quickly but I was sold on the car, Dom, Manny and the dealership made everything very easy so I concluded the transaction. NO PRESSURE SALES EXPERIENCE !! My wife and I had previously leased a 2013 Ford Escape from Family Ford and since the 3 year lease was coming to an end we decided to look at a variet My wife and I had previously leased a 2013 Ford Escape from Family Ford and since the 3 year lease was coming to an end we decided to look at a variety of S UV's to see if they would fit our needs. Decided to see if the 2016 Escape would be ok, even though we thought we might go in a different direction. Walked into Family Ford and were greeted by Dom Lacapra. Felt comfortable right off the bat with the way he treated us. No pressure ,just tried to make us feel at ease, which he did. We ended up leasing a new 2016 Escape, mainly because of the way he handled the process. We picked up the new Escape on 6/21/16 and he even remembered that my wife(who is the driver of the Escape) liked the Country and Western station 92.5; he had already programmed it on the radio! I was in Sales for 28 years and the one thing I remembered was that if you took care of the little things(like programming the radio) the customer will always remember you when a big decision has to be made;like getting a new lease in 2019 at Family Ford!
