The experience was satisfactory in sales but the facility, service and complete operation does not compare to what Shakers offers today. Easy, honest and flexible Bought a used vehicle from this dealer, just happened to be there for service of another one of our vehicles and decided to show my wife one of those Bought a used vehicle from this dealer, just happened to be there for service of another one of our vehicles and decided to show my wife one of those new Ford Raptors they have on the lot. Well my wife wanted none of that but she saw this shiny red F350 they had there. Anyway we decided to buy the vehicle but were leaving the country in 3 days. The Sales person was great to work with, just a deposit and they held the vehicle for 10+ days so we could finish the deal when we got back. Part of the deal was a trade-in that we dropped off the night before we left, they drove me home to make it easier for us to drop the vehicle off - very nice. While we were gone the Sales person stayed in touch and got the vehicle setup with some additional options we wanted. Once we got back everything was ready, due to our personal schedule we could not pickup the vehicle before their accounting department closed, they offered to stay late and wait for us without us even asking. While I realize this was a sale for this dealer I feel they went above and beyond - they always offered, I never once had to ask for anything. It was always about me and my wife and what was good for us. A very nice change indeed from the last time I bought a vehicle from a dealer. More
