Being happy with the sales approach and team effort and the deal itself is just as important. Dom Lacapra was an integral part of our satisfaction in dealing with Shaker Ford. He took me out in a new MKC that I was purchasing for my wife. When I came back the next day, my tried out the car but wasn't happy with it. No problem. We tried a different MKC ( the bigger engine and lighter interior) and she was sold. I felt Dom got us the best deal possible and spent the following day going over the electronics with my wife and I. Cindy was also a tremendous help in processing the paperwork and also when I changed my mind on our trade-in. While it was too late to reverse the paperwork, she managed to sell back the car at the same price I received for a trade-in. I appreciate the Shaker family for allowing that to happen.
