He did however find a car with the paint and interior from their stock that we liked and got it ready for a test drive. His workup of the pricing was hand written and run by us hurriedly which was difficult for my wife, who is hearing impaired, to understand. We were not provided with a copy of his pricing. There were many delays that were never fully explained. Overall he was not very personable. Financing was comparatively quick and very professional. More

Friendly and Helpful We actually came to Toyota to look, at used cars. We really were not ready to purchase as of yet, because we were waiting for a claims check from our We actually came to Toyota to look, at used cars. My 2014 car, which we purchased new from Continental Toyota, was totalled in an accident. We only had 4 more months to pay it off, so we knew we did not want huge payments again. We basically got caught up in looking at used cars, and decided what we wanted. We wound up putting a small amount down and leaving with a car. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful, especially, Jim Francis, our Salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and very patient with us with making our decision. We are very happy with our purchase. More
