Andrea got the ball rolling and if it weren't for her professional/polite demeanor, friendly delivery of the precise information I needed, I can say with certainty that I would not have made the drive over yesterday afternoon. She was fabulous and a tremendous asset to the dealership. Then, Mickey did a fabulous job executing the deal, including getting a very fair evaluation of my 2013 Highlander completed within record time. From top to bottom, this was a great car buying experience. It reminded me why this is the fifth car I've purchased from Continental (three Toyotas and two Jeeps). Our daughter purchased a Corolla a few years back and she has been very satisfied with the vehicle. We were pleased with our sales consultant Leo Salazar. He was very professional and genuine in his efforts to work with us to find the best vehicle for our needs and budget. He showed us all the options we were looking for and presented options for the vehicles that had the best value for the money. We were deciding between a Rav4 and the Camry and from the very beginning Leo did everything he could for us to find us the best deal and make sure our needs were met.
