About a little over a year ago, I purchased a CPO 2024 Audi A4 from Ray Catena Audi of Freehold. Every experience, to date, has been exceptional - from the Sales process (a big thank you and shout out to Audi A4 from Ray Catena Audi of Freehold. Every experience, to date, has been exceptional - from the Sales process (a big thank you and shout out to Christian) to Service. This dealership is stellar. I have been kicking around the idea of having my car detailed and decided to bring it to Ray Catena Audi of Freehold to get it done. I called to schedule an appointment for this past Monday, 11/3 and I was asked if I needed a loaner vehicle, which I did. Phil in Service wrote up my ticket and answered all of my questions. Phil also had the loaner waiting for me. The loaner vehicle turned out to be a 2025 Q5. Phil was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Early morning next day, I received a text from Manny in Service advising me that the car was ready and it can be picked up. A few words about Manny. Manny is my point of contact for Service. He is absolutely outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional and personable. He also is excellent in following up. He truly represents the Ray Catena Audi brand. Manny should be commended, accordingly. Manny showed me the car and made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving. The Detailing team led by Alex who I met for the first time that Tuesday are excellent. The car looks like it just came from the showcase. Immaculate both inside and out. Alex knows his stuff and was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Lastly, a special shout out to the Greeters who take your car when you drop it off. They are fantastic and always make you feel welcome. Warren typically is the greeter who takes my car and treats it as if it is his own. Warren is an outstanding employee and a super nice guy. The other team members that I got to know are Frank and Bob who are also great. Overall and once again, Ray Catena Audi of Freehold provided me with a 5 star performance. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle. Their Service Dept., which is outstanding and now I can add their Detailing Dept. All are staffed with professionals and subject matter experts in their respective fields. Outstanding and well done! More

Rob listens to any concerns one may have without ever rushing you, his attention to detail is solid. Rob's aim is clearly "complete satisfaction" of his clients, their peace of mind and mechanical longevity of their vehicles. *Industry CSAT calls for a satisfaction "average" of 85% however, Rob always strives for 100% satisfaction which is rare nowadays given my ample experience owning various brands, present age and the many service departments visited over the years! Which many of them in hindsight were a grueling frustrating experience to deal with in comparison to RC. I find Robert very perceptive along with a knack for thorough detail given his acumen in the service domain he operates in with complete aplomb and in depth knowledge on the subject when offering one vehicle maintenance advice. I sincerely feel he is an important asset to my family transport well being and responsible for my wife's satisfaction in owning both of our vehicles free of any worries knowing he is there always a call away to help you no matter what comes up. Ray Catena is the better for having someone of the caliber and disposition of Rob Dandrea in their employ and he is most definitely a great fit for his position not to mention an asset to any Audi dealership he walks in! My advice to Ray Catena is hang on to Rob as long as he wants to remain in this industry! RVG More

I don’t think anyone would be looking forward for their service appointment. It was a pleasant experience. I waited for about 40 minutes until the car was done, all the service completed and the car washed service appointment. It was a pleasant experience.
