I am very sorry that your wheels on your Wrangler are damaged. I have thoroughly investigated the situation including the video surveillance cameras, and interviewing the personnel involved with your vehicle. Your vehicle went straight into the Express Lane bay, and we used special jacks to rotate your wheels. In fact, the wheels never touched the ground. Most importantly, your vehicle was not brought in by you, and you called us 1 week after the vehicle was in our dealership. This survey does come as a surprise to me considering you sent me a personal apology regarding your handling of the situation. I repurchased your first vehicle due to your dissatisfaction. I have personally driven your second vehicle and observed no issue with any of the complaints your indicated. My test drive with the service director was not the first, as my staff has tested your vehicle multiple times trying to duplicate your complaints. I understand that Chrysler may have promised that an engineer would come and look at your vehicle and did not, but this does not mean that we did not do our part in attempting to satisfy you. Dear Joel Sporn, I did this survey because of the constant reminder of how frustrated I am when I step on the brakes and they squeak. The day I wrote this survey the drivers " easy exit seat" got stuck in the back position. I wrote this survey because the door sensors are still working randomly. If I wasn't persistent with your service department, Dominic would have sent my car home without addressing the valve problem back in August. So yes my vehicle does DRIVE exceptionally well, it's the other details that your staff can not fix. Marc Biundo

Your vehicle was towed in by an independent operator (not us). Both the service advisor and the technician saw your keys taped together. We did offer for you to come down and provide you with a case that may work with your vehicle. Mr. Sporn, I was present at the dealership, at the time the car was dropped off by the towing company, and there was no tape on any of the FOB's. This was unacceptable, on the part of Westbury Jeep, who offered to replace the FOB, had me take time off from work, and make a special trip back, for this, only to be denied on site. Tim Doyle was completely rude and very unprofessional, during the entire process. The fact that Westbury Jeep, was willing to have Domenick Denovellis break one FOB and throw it in the garbage after doing so, but would not give me a replacement is despicable. What ended up only costing me $30 on EBay, cost Westbury Jeep a customer, and any referrals that may have come from me.
