My wife and I have never experienced such an excellent buying experience as we have with Kia of Cape Coral. Right from walking in the front door, and being greeted by Gabby, made us feel very comfortable buying experience as we have with Kia of Cape Coral. Right from walking in the front door, and being greeted by Gabby, made us feel very comfortable that complete customer satisfaction was your dealership's number one goal. Every Kia employee we came in contact with demonstrated how important our visit was to them. I would like to personally thank Gabby, Billy, Steve, and also Scott for showing us the updated technology that our 2025 Sorento had to offer. This team alone made our visit such a wonderful experience, and that much more enjoyable. Kudos to Kia of Cape Coral management for stressing the importance of complete customer satisfaction. All employees were polite, respectful, and helpful. They listened to what we wanted and found the perfect car for us.I was able to save money on my auto insurance. I went to get my car serviced on Saturday bc the headlight was leaking and there was a knock on my windshield. I had an appointment at 10. It took 2.5 hours to get basically nothing accomplished. Th headlight was leaking and there was a knock on my windshield. I had an appointment at 10. It took 2.5 hours to get basically nothing accomplished. The service department had no record of my car let alone my appointment. So after 2.5 hours of waiting I finally got a curtesy car. I got a call a couple days later stating my windshield was fixed. I picked it up and drove it home once I got home I saw that Knick was still there. No improvement of the area. I bought the car as a new car, not used. I need this resolved. More
